Meeting Schedule – twice each year.

First Sunday, May and October each year. 4:30-6:00 pm at LBC for pizza — Chapel.
All-church prayer happens 1st Sunday in the Great Room at 6 pm.
Youth don’t use the chapel building until about 7 pm.
ASM is after church, 3rd Sunday.

• Deeper Life Series (lead teachers)

Purpose — Coordination of Adult Ministries to encourage one another in what God is doing at LBC in the next 6 months.

1. Discuss and refine curriculum plans 6 months ahead
2. Discuss and refine coordination of days, times, rooms, and equipment
