Thanksgiving is a time to pause and remember God’s faithfulness in our lives this past year. God calls us to give thanks: “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
With this in mind, I want to invite you to our Thanksgiving Eve Service on Wednesday, November 27 at 6 p.m. It is a 45-minute service that will be in-person. We will sing songs of thankfulness, hear faith stories, and hear God’s Word.
After the service, we will enjoy pie and drinks in the lobby where people will be encouraged to share what they’re thankful for with the rest of our church family. For those with children 5 & under, childcare will be provided.
If you have made Thanksgiving Eve part of your tradition in the past, I look forward to seeing you again. If you have never come to a Thanksgiving Eve service; I hope this year it becomes a new tradition for you! I’m excited to spend time together on Wednesday, November 27th at 6pm.
