Facility use for partnered ministries will be reviewed for approval and costs that may be associated with the event.Date* Saturday requests are limited to morning and early afternoon times not to exceed 5pm due to set up needs for Sunday Service. Use of the building on Sunday's are unavailable at this time unless it is an authorized Church Ordinance.Scheduling Facility UseAll requests will be evaluated and approved in accordance to the LBC Vision and Mission. Once approved dates must be coordinated through the office to ensure there are no conflicts. The use of the kitchen requires permission/coordination/training with the Social Committee Chair in order to accommodate other ordinary and planned LBC ministry events. The use of Sound/video/instriments requires permission/coordination/training with the Worship pastor, fees may apply and availability is reserved as a staff or representative must be present. Set up and tear down of the building and kitchen as well as provisions for food and decorations is the expected responsibility of the person requesting facility use. Facility use is second to regularly planned church ministry. Please confirm dates with the office at least 2 weeks prior to the event to ensure continued availability.Additional Instructions for OrdinancesUse of our facility for Weddings, Funerals etc... is limited to members or regular attenders and staff in good standing who choose to have our Pastor officiate or oversee the officiating of another approved outside Pastor. To schedule a wedding, the couple must meet with the Sr. Pastor and participate in pre-marriage counseling. Coordination of weddings and funerals are handled through the office and Caring Team in conjunction with the Sr. Pastor.
